Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to place an order, email us at support@valeia.store and we'll do our best to help.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free standard shipping on all US orders over $45.
• Orders under $45 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier's control and occasional delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@valeia.store and we'll make it right.
