Our Promise

We want you to love your ritual. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To protect the health and safety of every customer, we're unable to accept returns of opened skincare, or of the Gold Derma Roller once its seal is broken.

How to Start a Return

• Email support@valeia.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping on us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. Reach out and we'll help coordinate.
